PAWA254 is a newly renovated collaborative office for creatives passionate about engaging in social impact projects. The new hub will facilitate the use of visual and graphic arts, independent and citizen journalism, documentary film and photography and digital and social media as means of civic expression and social action.
Regular training programs, workshops, clinics, and photography salons at the space will be free of charge and open to the public, in line with our mission.
Membership to the hub is open by application to professionals interested in joining the community and working from the space on a regular basis. PAWA 254’s like-minded and active professional community will meet and work daily in its flexible co-working space. The members working from PAWA 254 will pay a subsidised rate to use the facilities.
PAWA254 members benefit not only from all normal office amenities but also from being part of a cohesive community of creatives.
Membership levels are named after the three peaks of Mount Kenya, the highest mountain in Kenya and the second-highest in Africa. The highest peaks are Batian (17,057 ft), Nelion (17,021 ft)) and Point Lenana(16,355 ft).
